  • How much are HOA dues and what do they cover?

    $125. Annual fees at Hunter's Chase are collected for maintenance of the two signs and the retention pond in front of the development along Fish Pond road, irrigation fees, electric for the sign lights, maintenance of the grounds, attorney fees, accountant fees, taxes, committees, and office supplies. Your payment is required and is stated in the buying agreement of your home in this development.

  • What if I do not want to pay my dues online?

    We DO NOT accept cash payments. Dues can be paid to Mallard Chase Homeowners Association via check by sending to the following address:

    If you plan to pay by check, payments to the PO Box will be collected on the following dates: 04/30, 08/31 and 12/01.

  • When and where are HOA Meetings held?

    Meeting location, date and time will be communicated to the neighborhood two (2) weeks in advance of the event.

  • How do I add a discussion item to a meeting?

    Residents may add a discussion item to a meeting by selecting the “Contact Us” button in the top navigation pane. Please note just because you have submitted an item for discussion does not mean your item will be discussed at the upcoming meeting. If you do have an item or issue, please provide a possible solution along with the item.

  • How do I join or start a committee?

    Residents may inquire about committees via the “Contact Us” button in the top navigation pane. Please be descriptive if you are recommending a new committee.
